Institutional Development – Community Empowerment

PDA has provided knowledge and experience to government agencies, private business and general public, both within and outside the country, using trainings and media for development with PDA success cases.

Over three decades, PDA’s training arm, Asian Center for Population and Community Development (ACPD), trained thousands of people from more than 50 countries. In addition, a system for monitoring and evaluation for all development projects of PDA is in place, applying novel M&E approaches like the ‘Bamboo Ladder’ (based on the Life Indicator Assessment Scale (LIAS) method.

PDA also accepts research studies from external agencies. Between 2000-2015 more than ten  government agencies. private businesses and educational institutions assigned PDA for their research projects.
